These terms apply to your use of abidiohome.com ("Abidio"), ("we," "us"). By using Abidio, including by uploading a photo, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Renderings are AI concepts, not professional advice

Abidio uses artificial intelligence to create concept renderings of possible renovations. Renderings are illustrations for inspiration only, not exact representations. Colors, materials, finishes, dimensions and results in real life will differ, and the AI may change parts of a photo you didn't ask it to change.

Renderings and estimates are not architectural, engineering, structural, zoning, permitting, building-code, appraisal, legal or cost advice. A rendering doesn't mean a change is possible, safe, allowed by your local government or homeowners association, or available at any price. Talk with licensed professionals, such as architects, engineers, contractors and your local building department, before making purchasing, construction or real estate decisions.

Cost estimates are rough ballparks

Estimates shown in Abidio are general, national ballpark ranges for materials and installation. They are non-binding estimates for illustration only, not quotes, bids, appraisals or offers, and neither Abidio nor anyone else is obligated to perform work at those prices. Actual costs depend on your location, the size and condition of your home, the materials you choose and your contractor.

Financing

Information about renovation financing is general and educational. It is not an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of any rate or terms. All loans are subject to application, credit approval, property eligibility and program guidelines. Requesting a follow-up doesn't obligate you to anything.

Your photos

When you upload a photo, you confirm that:

• you own the property shown or have permission to photograph and use images of it;
• you took the photo or have the rights to use it (for example, don't upload someone else's real estate listing photo without permission); and
• the photo doesn't show other people or their private information without their permission, and isn't unlawful.

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us a limited permission to process them, including sending them to our AI provider, only as needed to create your renderings. We don't store your photos on our servers. You are responsible for the photos you upload, and you agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that arise because you didn't have the right to upload a photo.

We may refuse to process a photo, or limit or block access, if we believe a photo or use breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Abidio. For example, don't try to get around preview limits, use automated tools to access the site, upload unlawful or offensive content, or interfere with the site's operation. We may limit or block access for misuse.

Renderings you create and our content

We don't claim ownership of the renderings you create. You may save and share them for personal, non-commercial use. Saved and shared images include a small "AI concept rendering" label and information in the file that identifies them as AI-generated; please don't remove it or present a rendering as a real photo of finished work. AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright, and other people may create similar images.

The Abidio name, logo, design and software belong to us.

No warranty

Abidio is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that previews or estimates will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Abidio and the people behind it won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on renderings or estimates.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Abidio after an update means you accept the new terms.
